By booking with Layden Travel, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payments: Payments for bookings must be made by the specified deadlines to confirm your reservation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation with applicable penalties.
Changes & Cancellations: Itinerary changes may incur additional fees based on supplier policies. Cancellations are subject to penalties from airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers. Layden Travel will assist in managing these changes but cannot waive supplier fees.
Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Layden Travel can provide guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or incomplete documents.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected disruptions, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Clients who decline insurance assume full responsibility for any risks.
Pricing & Availability: Prices are subject to change until bookings are confirmed and full payment is made. Availability of flights, hotels, and activities is not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier.
Liabilities: Layden Travel acts as an agent for travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and is not responsible for supplier actions or circumstances beyond our control, such as delays, natural disasters, or travel restrictions.
Special Requests: We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, but fulfillment depends on the policies of the supplier.
Privacy: Your personal information will only be used to facilitate travel bookings and may be shared with suppliers as necessary. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
